How We Charge
Depending on the nature and scope of your matter, we may offer:
Fixed Fee
A set fee for a clearly defined scope of work. You will know the applicable fee before we commence.
Staged Fees
Fees charged at agreed stages as your matter progresses.
Time-Based Fees
For matters where the scope or time required cannot be determined in advance, fees are charged based on time spent, recorded in 6-minute units. Hourly rates will be confirmed before work commences.
Tailored Packages
For matters requiring a more tailored level of advice or ongoing support, we may offer a package based on the scope, complexity and nature of the work involved.
